Advanced skill training for Spanish court interpreters
This is a six-week online course in a friendly environment. Chat one-on-one with the instructor from your home or office while they personally advise you on how to better your skills. Limited to ten participants. The course starts September 28th from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Eastern Standard time, and every Tuesday thereafter at the same time. This 12th webinar will cover all three modes of interpretation and will be taught by Mr. James Plunkett, a federally certified court interpreter and rater with over 15 years of experience in the field.
To participate, you must have a broadband internet connection
and a personal computer with a headset and microphone. You will not be able to use external microphones and speakers as these can be disruptive to the class. If you don't already have a headset, you can bundle it with your registration; we recommend Plantronics audio equipment.
Interpreters having passed any state's written exam are eligible. The cost is $240.00 and upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing time and further instructions. You can pay online or send a check or money order to:
